Hi all Hushlers!

We have good news today, as of end of last week, all international orders that were left have been shipped out, including Iced sheets if you added that add-on. 

Tracking numbers have been sent via email on Backerkit. 

There were some stragglers who joined the campaign very late or only paid recently. We have your information and have added you to the list to ship out tomorrow. 

We want to thank you for your continued patience, support, and love as we fulfilled our first crowdfunding project!

Hey Hushlers! 

We are over 75% fulfilled can you believe it? 
Your support means the world to us and we wanted to take this update to personally thank you all! 

Now... to the actual update! 

We have a few hundred orders left to go. And the majority of those are international. 

About 50 in the US and 25 in Canada are being fulfilled today and tracking will be shared with you accordingly. 

For the international orders, we are just waiting for the new and improved sheets and covers to arrive before we can send those out since we want to send the package in its entirety. So please bear with us as we make sure each and every order is sent out perfectly. We also need to send all orders out at the same time to avoid extra charges from the shipping company. 

Our goal is to have all of IGG done and delivered in the next 2-3 weeks. 

A special message to those who have shared your amazing results with the Hush thus far. Thank you so much for sharing on social media and with friends and family. 

We can't wait for you all to get your products. We are doing everything we can daily to make sure your order arrives quickly and correctly!

Hi All!

Hope you are all doing well!

We have nothing but good news for you all. 
We have already started to ship and we are moving quick! 
All of North America is being picked and packed AND shipped this week. 

International orders will follow. 

Because we are moving at quick speeds we will NO LONGER be able to cancel your order as of today 7:30 pm EST. 

We apologize for the inconvenience but because we have already staged every order for shipment at this point it would impossible to not ship your blanket because of pallets being everywhere and impossible to pull your product off the shipping queue

When you receive your blanket are welcome to go ahead and return your blanket for a refund. However, we promise this product will be worth the "weight" :)

Hi All! 

Firstly, I wanted to thank you so much for your continued patience. Many of you have been such great supporters as we get these orders out the door and on the way to you and we simply cannot thank you enough. 

Good news!

We have begun to pick and pack orders in the West. We are expecting to have about 700-750 out the door by next week. 

Right now in that batch, we are starting simple. Single SKU orders in the US and CAD on the west coast. Then we will move to the multi SKU's and the rest of NA. 

Shortly after we will begin with the rest of the world which we termed "international". Our Kickstarter International is set to leave our doors on Tuesday of next week. If all goes well and there are no hiccups we will be able to follow up with Indiegogo after that or make any adjustments as needed. 

Our internal team goal is to have all of this done by the end of September. Fingers crossed we have no issues delaying between now and then. 

Once again, thank you all so much. 

We understand how frustrating the delay may be. We try and share as much info as possible. 

By next weeks update, we should have an exact number on what has shipped and also have some tracking numbers to share!

Hi Hushlers, 

Aaron & Lior here! 

We wanted to take this time to thank you all for being so patient during this process. We are doing everything we can to speed things up and get you all your products in a speedy fashion. 

We are almost done our KS orders and have plans to begin Indiegogo orders in the Next Week or Two. 

For those who have ordered sheets the good news is that our new sheets would have arrived by then so you will be getting your order in its entirety when it arrives. 

We understand many of you are frustrated and we take full responsibility for that. Our plan was not for it to be this way. But nothing we can do at this point other than making sure you get everything you ordered as fast as possible. 

Your support has been amazing, many of you have chatted in with great patience and understanding. We promise is will be worth the wait!
