Hi All, 

Just a quick update for you all. 

We are planning to complete the remainder of the Kickstarter orders this week. 
And will be shifting our efforts towards IGG by next week. 

We will most likely take a day or two to re-organize the warehouse and then start batching and shipping out. 

By next's week update will have some tracking numbers for you I assume and better timelines update with what/when you can expect your products :)

We appreciate your patience and can't wait for you all to get you blankets!

Hi Hushlers, 

Aaron Here! 

Firstly, I wanted to express the immense amount of gratitude I have towards each and every one of you. Your support for this campaign means the world to us. 

Many have contacted our support channels over the last few days, some I have had the pleasure of personally speaking with and talking through your concerns. Rest assured, your products will arrive. 

We are about to complete all of North American Kickstarter orders by Monday-Tuesday of next week. Then we will begin to fulfill Kickstarter (rest of world) orders that same week. Right away after that, we will begin to ship all of YOUR orders! Starting with North America and Finishing with the rest of the world. 

We are moving at a pretty fast pace. This time last week we were sending out about 200 orders a day. Today alone we did 700. So things are moving and we are excited about it. 

For those who ordered SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES.
We did a spot check on some and realized the sizes were wrong. So we decided to pull them off and get them all remade for you. So you may receive your order without the sheets. Those will be shipped separately at a later date.

Hey Hushlers,

This is a very quick update to let you know what's happening with your order. 

We're working night and day to get products out. As mentioned in the previous updated, July shipping on the perk was imported from Kickstarter.

As we are still in the midst of fulfilling those first, we will shortly be onto our Indiegogo orders. We have 3 containers arriving in the coming weeks that will fulfill everyone's order.

Hey Hushlers,

It's been a while since our last update and we've heard your concerns!

We update regularly on our Kickstarter campaign but of course not all of you see that so here we are.

We have a total of 4 containers left that will fulfill our crowdfunding orders and beyond. 

2 have arrived in our Toronto warehouse yesterday, and 2 more are arriving to our west coast warehouse on August 6th. 

We have already fulfilled a couple thousand orders, and since we try to do it in order of priority, we are starting with our KS backers. A few hundred Indiegogo orders have been shipped and received already!

It still does say July shipping for those that order on Indiegogo even today. I believe this is a limitation of their perk function. Obviously people ordering this week are not receiving a blanket in July, so we will try to update that. 

Please note that all of our backers are our priority, and since we are receiving thousands at once, they generally get sent out all at the same time. 

Here are the photos of yesterdays delivery and organization! It takes time!

Organization should be done by today! Then orders begin leaving tomorrow afternoon.

All tracking numbers and updates are done via Backerkit's email system. If you do not get one, it simply means your order did not ship. 

Please be respectful to us and the Hush team that is working diligently on getting your orders out.

We appreciate your concern for being a couple days late on our July goal, but any foul language, threats, or left on our social media or elsewhere will not be tolerated and will be removed.

Hey Hushlers,

We want to thank you for your patience as we have been working feverishly to get your blankets produced and shipped!

It's July now, and you may be wondering: "when am I going to receive my Iced blanket?"

Production Update

We are happy to say that ALL blankets and sheets have been produced. 40% of them are already on their way to the fulfillment centres, 20% have arrived, and the other 40% are being boxed and shipping next week. 

Fulfillment Update

We are pleased to announce that we have selected 3 different fulfillment centres to work with to deliver all orders across the world. 

One is in Vancouver, one in Toronto, and one in China.

This enables us to get efficient and cost-effective deliveries. All US, Canada, and most international

Shipping Update

So far we have shipped a couple dozen blankets to our early supporters. We did this to test the couriers, shipping speed, and tracking numbers to make sure everything will be smooth with the new centres and couriers.

They were successful, so we will continue with shipping from Vancouver this week!

Vancouver fulfills west-coast of Canada and USA, while Toronto fulfills east coast + international (minus Europe). It will be done in order of backing, although they will all likely go out in the same day or in 2 days.

It should only take 4 days to get everything out the door once the rest arrives on July 14th. Delivery is next-day for cities in the same province, and 2-4 days for Americans.

(Europeans: All European orders are being packed to be sent to our China warehouse in 4 days. From there, they will be labeled and sent via boat (3 weeks) to the Netherlands. From the Netherlands, it will be dispersed to your country via Netherlands Post. So we are looking at a very late July/Early August delivery to your door for those orders. Some add-ons or other products may be arrive earlier for you.)

So all-in-all, we are very happy to say we are on time for a July delivery and to be a Kickstarter that delivers on time (let's hope for no natural disasters, border delays, etc ?).

Housekeeping - Problem Orders

It is worth mentioning here (if you haven't received the backerkit reminder emails) that there are still 160(!) backers who have not filled out their survey for their address information. 

We are locking addresses and charging cards (for addon purchases) on a daily basis now, anyone who does not lock before we start shipping will not receive a blanket this summer.

You will receive the survey 10 days after your pledge. Any pledges from now on will be delivered August and on.
